The concept of “Learning Facilitator” which Srividya has been talking about for many years is the concept that we are using in College of Technology and the results clearly show the power of this concept. Students are happy coming to college and have increased confidence and are taking actions towards their “impossible” dreams.

Srividya assisted me in a big way with starting e-cell at College of Technology, Osmania University. E-cell is a concept to bring out the potential of College of Technology students. This was started in Nov 2017, where Srividya and I spoke to new first year students. That small talk has created a revolution. The students have recently written a book called “E-Cell Odyssey”. They have started going to summer internships from their first year, they have started many clubs like painting club, money club, creative minds club, and many more. Recently they have started Sahas club to empower girls and Srividya has gratefully accepted to be the adviser for that club. Srividya has assisted me in coming up with ideas to support the students and she has also interacted with students directly

Chetas truly reflected the lead resource person Srividya’s ideals and beliefs in life. It was well conceptualised and executed to perfection engaging each one of us beautifully even while providing us some space to reflect from time to time internally. Good take away in terms of listening to Dr.Aralumallige Parthasarathy and Srividya’s tools for life.
